
SERVICE POLICY
All sold products have 1-year free labor coverage and unit is not refundable. If, the item has a damaged cosmetic defect, normally it's beyond economical repair. Customer do not return item back to the dealer because this type of defect will cause the warranty to be void. If, the item is inoperative, customer must contact the manufacturer to request an RMA number. If, the unit has an electronic defective part, the manufacturer is not liable because the unit is in the customer control or possession. Customer must explain to the dealer when and what happen to the unit? If, the customer is responsible for the damage part, the customer will be liable for the replacement cost. Customer shall pay one-way shipping cost of return unit, and the dealer shall pay one-way shipping cost to customer address when the repair service is done.
