
SERVICE POLICY
All sold products have 1 year free labor coverage and unit is not refundable. If, the item has a damaged cosmetic defect, normally it's beyond economical repair. Customer, do not return item back to the dealer because this type of defect will cause the warranty to be void. If, the item is inoperative, customer must contact the manufacturer to request a RMA number. If, the unit has a electronic defective part, the manufacturer is not liable because the unit is in the customer control or possession. Customer must explained to the dealer when and what happen to the unit? If, the customer is responsible for the damage part, also customer will be liable for the replacement cost. Customer shall pay a shipping cost to return the item to the dealer and the manufacturer shall pay shipping cost to customer destination when the repair person is done.
